Attached is a Committee Volunteer Form for all Owners interested in appointment to one of Seagate’s Committees. Please be advised that ALL existing Committee Members are required to submit an new form for consideration. Please submit your completed forms by December 8th, 2020.

Please complete this Committee Volunteer Form and return a copy to Seagate’s onsite office or send a copy via email to westchesterbay@actionlife.com.  If you receive paper statements, a copy of the Committee Volunteer Form will be included with with December assessment billing.
